THE YOGA CLASS:
You will be guided by yoga gurus from The Ultimate Connection who will lead you through a simple series of classic yoga poses; a flowing, gentle sequence to revitalise the body and calm the mind.
The one hour yoga class will be followed by an optional 20 minute Yoga Nidra, an extremely relaxing guided meditation done lying down.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years this class is suitable for all levels and all ages.
REGISTER FOR A FREE YOGA MAT:
The first 50 people to register for the event will receive a FREE yoga mat, yours to keep and take home with you.
What´s more, we will be handing out Gumtree caps to all participants who will be encouraged to wear them during the class.
LOCAL CELEBRITIES:
In previous years, The Gumtree Community Yoga Class has attracted a number of local celebrities including Bondi Rescue Lifeguards and various television celebrities and well-known models.

On the day you will need to bring with you a signed copy of the Gumtree Health Declaration Form. You can download and print this here.
Please also bring:
- A bottle of water to keep you refreshed and hydrated
- Either a yoga mat or towel
Please note, you will be informed via email a week before the yoga class if you are one of the first 50 people to register and therefore qualify for a free yoga mat.

Date:Thursday 1st April 2010 (day before the Easter long weekend). The sun will be rising at 7.07am. Get there early to submit your Health Declaration and see the sun rise! Time:
